Priority 1 Capital was born from the shared vision of Jeremy and Leah, fueled by a desire to provide education and mentorship to individuals seeking an escape from the relentless cycles of demanding careers. Our combined years of public service – 51 years in total – form the bedrock of our commitment to empower others to break free from traditional income sources.

JULIUS ONI
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
XSITE Capital Investment LLC
Julius is the CEO and Co-Founder (focusing on Investor Relations) at XSITE Capital Investment LLC. Prior, Julius’ investment focus was single family real estate and angel investing. Over the past several years, Julius has invested in over 50 start-ups, and currently sits on the advisory board of four healthcare-related start-ups.
Julius and the XSITE Capital team host a rapidly growing multifamily-focused meetup in Maryland where they provide resources and add value to individuals interested in growing their wealth and changing their financial future. Within the last 2 years, he led the acquisition of XSITE Capital’s fast-growing portfolio of more than $100M. He was also acknowledged as a Forbes Business Council member in 2021.
He obtained his medical degree with honors from Howard University College of Medicine, and completed residency and fellowship at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and Rush, respectively. Julius works as an orthopedic surgeon in Baltimore, Maryland, with sub-specialization in hip and knee replacements, and was voted Top Doc for Joint Replacement by Baltimore Magazine in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Julius is also a husband and father of a 1-yr old. His interests include travel, music, global health and spending time with his family.
LESLIE AWASOM
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
XSITE Capital Investment LLC
Leslie is the Director of Operations and Co-founder of XSITE Capital Investment LLC. He manages the company operations, market/data analysis, cash flow and budget analysis. Leslie bought his first investment property in 2017 and transitioned to multifamily investing in 2019.
Leslie is a trained Nurse Anesthetist and entrepreneur who lives in Hanover, Maryland.
Leslie and the XSITE Capital team host a rapidly growing multifamily-focused meetup in Maryland where they provide resources and add value to individuals interested in growing their wealth and changing their financial future.
Leslie is a husband, father of two beautiful girls and a son and loves to spend his spare time reading and flying drones.
TENNY TOLOFARI
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITION
XSITE Capital Investment LLC
Tenny is the Director of Acquisition and Co-founder of XSITE Capital Investment LLC. Prior to forming XSITE Capital, Tenny spent several years leading a major sales team in one of the fastest growing financial services companies in America. He is also a Global Cyber Security professional, supporting the likes of Boeing and Deloitte.

Tenny is a husband and father of two beautiful kids.
